Mother's Day

Mother's Day here in Qatar coincide with the UK celebration, but me and my Filipino friends celebrate it the Philippine way which usually falls on the first Sunday of May. Since it was my mom's birthday yesterday, we just opted to celebrate our pizza day at home, watched pay per view, and a dinner at Friday's. Simple but the usual family bonding.

----------------------------------------- At Miggy's school last March, they also celebrated Mother's Day here in Qatar. Moms were invited to come in for a tea party. Surprisingly, their teacher taught them a simple presentation which, to my heart's delight, was Miggy's first ever song number.
